Clare senior football captain Gordon Kelly has voiced his opposition to the winter training ban calling for the 2 month break to be scrapped.
The Miltown Malbay defender feels the ban is hampering teams preparation for new seaon competitons and should be discontinued.

The captain was speaking ahead of Sunday’s Mc Grath cup q-final between Clare and CIT which takes place tomorow in Cooraclare at 2pm.
