Keane Taking Positives From Strong Second Half Performance

Clare football boss Peter Keane says there are plenty of positives to take from his side’s second half display against Antrim.

The Banner outscored their opponents in the second half in a three point defeat in Corrigan Park in Belfast.

The hosts got out to a quick start and had 1-4 on the scoreboard before Ciarán Downes raised a green flag for Clare’s first score of the game.

Keane says his side left themselves a tough uphill battle, but with better conversion they could still have salvaged a result.
