Clare football boss Peter Keane is praising his sides attitude and spirit after a brilliant victory over Kildare in the National Football League.
Keelan Sexton’s late goal along with two points from the returning Dermot Coughlan helped Clare overcome the Lilywhites by 2-12 to 1-16.

A strong third quarter from the Leinster side had seen them lead by a point after trailing by six at the break, but the home side in Zimmer Biomet Pairc Chiosiog finished best to claim a third consecutive win of the campaign.
Keane says they showed great heart to turn things around.
