Ireland gear up for Serbia Friendly

The republic of Ireland’s Euro 2012 recovery begins this evening when they take on Serbia in a friendly in Belgrade.

There’s still no confirmation either way from Robbie Keane, Richard Dunne and Damien Duff on whether or not they will be part of the World Cup 2014 qualification campaign, Trap admits he has tried to contact Keane but has not heard back from him.

The manager says James Mc Carthy and James Mc Clean will start this evening  while John O’Shea will captain the team with Trap confirming that they will stick with the 4-4-2 formation.
