An East-Clare Native has claimed International honours at the 66th United States Handball Association Championships in San Francisco.
Tuamgraney Handball Club’s Leah Minogue won the 19 & Under Singles four wall championship event against Irish teammate Jodie Keeling.

Minogue will have a chance to add further silverware in San Francisco as she will partner Jodie Keeling of St. Josephs hanball club in Wexford in the 19&U Doubles Round 3 Final later today.
There will be further Irish interest in the doubles final where Minogue and Keeling face off against against Cork native Carmel Kelleher and Kilkenny woman Katie Jordan.
