Injury hit Captain still unsure of role in Football Qualifier

Clare Captain Gary Brennan admits he’s not sure what part he will be able to play in his sides Football Qualifier against Laois on Saturday.

The Clondegad Club man has struggled with a recurring rib injury all season and hasn’t trained since the loss to Cork three weeks ago.

Brennan, speaking at training on Tuesday night, says he will have a fitness test late in the week, but is hopeful.
