Clubs will have the opportunity to discuss the minutes of last Wednesday’s football forum while also hearing the boards plans on how imminent fixture congestion is set to be resolved.

Clubs across the county yesterday evening received the minutes of last Wednesday’s football forum.

The minutes contain all of last Wednesday’s discussions in relation to football-including contributions from all 155 speakers from the floor.

It’s believed that tonight’s meeting will develop a committee to  begin the process of finding a successor to Micheal Mc Dermott which will incorporate at least some of the suggestions from last week.

The county senior hurling quarter final draw will also take place,  and delegates will also be asked for their opinions on how best to solve the impending fixture congestion due to the All Ireland U21 final on setempber 15th.

The meeting is due to take place tonight at 9pm in the West county Hotel.
