A former Clare hurling All Star says he’s looking forward to seeing how the new championship structure will work in 2018.
The Munster and Leinster series will be on a round robin basis for the coming year with Clare having two home and two away games.
The Banner opened their campaign with a comfortable victory over Kerry in the Munster League last weekend and take on Cork on Sunday where a win would see them in strong position to make the final.
