Henshaw May Be Out Until October With Pectoral Injury

Leinster’s Robbie Henshaw could be until late October with a pectoral injury.

Lions Doctor Eanna Falvey has confirmed that the Ireland centre tore the muscle completely from the bone and could be out for around 12 weeks.

Meanwhile it’s still not clear how long Jared Payne will be out for – as he continues to suffer from migranes.

The Ulster and Ireland centre was pulled out of the Lions match with the Hurricanes last week because of headaches – and is still being tested.

Payne suffered a head knock in an earlier tour game with the Chiefs – but was cleared of concussion.
