The Clare District Soccer League’s AGM was suspended for a month last night after a heated discussion over proposals and motions put before the assembled delegates.
Following the election of officers to the new Committee which included Paul Tuohy who has succeeded Jim Madden as Chairman and Leo Madden taking over from Frank Healy as Registrar, the Shannon Olympic delegate addressed the room in regard to motions which were not on the agenda from his own club.
Following what was a frank debate at times delegates then decided to postpone the meting until a further date to deal with issues surrounding motions and proposals.
