Jamie Heaslip will captain a new-look Ireland side for the first time this Saturday against South Africa.
Simon Zebo will start at 15 with Andrew Trimble and Tommy Bowe on the wings, Gordon Darcy and Keith Earls start in the centre, Conor Murray and Jonathan Sexton make up the half back partnership.
