Mick Shiels side were beaten 1-0 by the Inishowen League in their semi final clash in Buncrana.
The home side struck for the crucial goal after 16 minutes when Stephen McLoughlins free found it's way to the net.
Clare pushed hard for the equalizer but try as they might it never came, with Inishowen booking their spot in the final.
