Hearing For Final Olympic Relay Spot

The Olympic Council of Ireland has appointed an appeals tribunal to decide who will get a place on the Irish women’s team for the 4 by 400 metre relay at the London Games.

Catriona Cuddihy was originally selected but was then replaced by Joanna Mills after a successful appeal by Mills to the Athletics Association of Ireland.

The hearing will be held this Thursday and a final decision will be made no later than next Monday.
