Munster suffered another Heineken Cup Semi Final defeat, this year at the hands of Holders Toulon.
The French giants march on to the final against Saracens in Cardiff having beaten the Reds 24-16.
Simon Zebo crossed for the only try of the game 52 minutes in, bringing Rob Penneys side back in touch with a Toulon outfit that led from the off.
Johnny Wilkinson was in superb form on kicking duties, on target for 6 penalties, and one drop goal, while Steffan Armitage also conttinured one penalty.
Munster kicker Ian Keatley converted Zebo's try and added 3 penalties.

Toulon will now look to retain the last ever Heineken Cup title, as the competition changes format from next year, they will face Saracens in the final in Cardiff on May 24th.
