The Belgian forward won the ballot of fellow professionals after an outstanding season with the Premier League leaders.
Harry Kane's 30 goal campaign was enough to see the Tottenham striker pick up the Young Player of the Year Award.
Chelsea also dominated the PFA's Premier League team of the year, with six players in the chosen eleven.
