Hayes Hails Lohan Influence As Banner Build Toward Munster Final

One of Clare’s key men feels the influence of manager Brian Lohan has been the key part of the progress made by the squad.

The Banner are preparing for a first Shannonside derby in the Munster hurling final since 1995, when Lohan lined out at full back on a day that saw Clare end a 63 year wait for provincial honours with victory over Limerick.

Wolfe Tones clubman Rory Hayes has been in sparkling form in Clare’s three championship games to date, continuing the form that saw him nominated for an All Star last year.
