Munster Rugby have released their squad update following the weekends Pro 12 loss to Glasgow, with concern surrounding JJ Hanrahan and BJ Botha.

Hanrahan will undergo a scan this afternoon on the groin injury he sustained in Saturday's game, while BJ Botha who suffered a mild ankle injury will be monitored as the week continues.
