A Clare All-Ireland champion claims that many of current senior hurling panel have benefited from handball experience.

Clooney/Quin’s Peter Duggan recently highlighted how the game assisted him in breaking into the Banner outfit.

Colin Crehan successfully retained the national doubles handball title with Diarmaid Nash last month and has opted to focus on hurling with his club for the summer.
