Guilfoyle Says Grounds For Optimism For Clare Ahead Of May League Campaign

A former Clare senior hurling captain believes there’s every reason to think Brian Lohan’s men can have just as successful a league campaign this year as last time around.

The Banner will begin their National League season on the weekend of May 8th and 9th, with Colm Collins’ footballers following a week later.

The hurlers reached last year’s decider before losing out to eventual All Ireland winners Limerick in a match that doubled up as both a Munster quarter final and a league decider.
