Guilfoyle Believes GAA May Need To Examine Holding Club Championships Before Intercounty

A former Clare senior hurling captain believes the GAA may need to examine holding club championships before intercounty competition this year.

Intercounty sides won’t be returning to training until at least Easter, though the association insists it is still hopeful the Allianz Leagues can go ahead.

Last year saw club competition held during the summer across the codes, with the All Ireland championships held through the last quarter of the year.
