The south Galway outfit overcame reigning All Ireland champions Portumna in the Galway County Final to win their 7th ever title.
Selector Michael Finn, who's also a teacher in St Flannans, says beating their rivals made the win extra special.
Their clash with Ballyhale has been moved to Tullamore due to a frozen pitch in Thurles, and will now get underway at 2pm.
The meeting of Kilmallock and Portaferry will now be played in Mullingar, also with a 2pm start
