Niall Gilligan is confident the Clare intermediate hurlers can overcome Kilkenny in the All Ireland final later this month.
The veteran forward who scored 8 points of the total of 2-18 feels the county’s second side can cap a year of success by winning on the 27th of August against the current holders.

Meanwhile Gilligan is likely to be part of the Sixmilebridge starting 15 tonight as they take on Tulla in the final game of round three of the county senior hurling championship in Cusack park.
