Clare Oscar Traynor manager Donie Garrihy is hopeful a lack of top level games for his squad won’t impact their hopes of reaching the last four of this years competition.

The reigning champions face the Leinster Senior League in a repeat of last years final which saw the Banner claim just their second ever title.

Garrihy says while Clare clubs haven’t reached the business end of provincial and national competitions, he’s confident they’re ready for the challenge
