Galway Team to Face Clare

While we’re still waiting on team news from the Clare senior Hurling Management, Galway have announced their team for tomorrows All Ireland Quarter final in Semple Stadium.

Galway boss Anthony Cunningham has made six changes in personnel, with two positional switches to the side that lost to Dublin in the Leinster final 3 weeks ago.
 
Kinvara’s Colm Callanan is named in goals at the expense of James Skehill.
 
The Full back line see’s just one positional switch with Kevin Hynes moving to the corner, and Captain Fergal Moore named at Full back.
 
Jason Grealish comes in to the half back line, with Joseph Cooney dropping to the bench, while there’s a positional switch for Shane Kavanagh and David Collins, with Collins taking up the centre half back birth.
 
It’s a new look midfield made up of Gorts Aidan Harte and Andy Smith, who are preferred to Iarlath Tannian and James Regan.
 
There’s just one change to the half forward line with Jonathan Glynn coming in for Cyril Donnellan.
 
While the final change see’s Damien Hayes come in at full forward in place of Davy Glennon.
 
Davy Fitzgerald has yet to reveal his hand when it comes to Clare selection, with question marks hanging over the selection of Tony Kelly and Darach Honan who have been struggling with injury.
