Ian Galvin’s availability for Clare’s Munster hurling showdown against Limerick will not be known until at least Friday.
It’s after claims that representations were made to the Central Hearings Committee prior to the initial hearing of his appeal against his sending off against Cork, which is in breach of GAA rule.

It is believed that the approach was made by someone outside of the Clare county executive or senior management team, but the identity of the person alleged to be involved has not been made public.
If Galvin’s rescheduled hearing tomorrow evening is successful, he will be cleared to play in Sunday’s sold out tie in Cusack Park
