Late Start Hasn’t Knocked Banner Ladies Off Their Stride – Nolan

Banner Ladies haven’t let their delayed start to this year’s championship detract from their title defence.

JJ O’Dea’s charges are 60 minutes away from achieving a ninth consecutive crown and will face Kilmihil in four weeks.

They played their first game last Sunday when defeating Doora Barefield by 2-14 to 0-4 in Clooney/Quin.

Top scorer Grainne Nolan, who kicked 1-10, tells Clare FM’s Eoin Brennan their late beginning benefitted some players.
