A senior Clare defender insists their early championship exit will drive on the squad for next year.

They start the defence of their Munster League crown this weekend against Tipperary in Nenagh.

Despite that success, the Banner’s season ended in June when they exited the Munster championship while the Premier County went on to lift the Liam McCarthy Cup.
