St. Joseph’s Miltown Malbay’s manager has praised Lissycasey for pushing them to the limit in the senior football quarter-final.
The defending champions kept their Jack Daly Cup ambitions intact with a 0-12 to 1-5 victory in Cooraclare.
After reeling over the first seven points, Connor Finucane’s penalty reduced arrears but Miltown Malbay finished both halves strongly with points from Eoin Cleary and Graham Kelly.
