Clare Footballers To Face Westmeath In Qualifiers Round Three

Clare have been drawn to take on Westmeath in Round Three of the All-Ireland football qualifiers.

This morning’s draw resulted in Colm Collins’ charges heading to Mullingar next weekend.

It’s a first championship meeting between the teams since 2005 when the Banner prevailed by three points.


The other ties see Mayo against Armagh, Kildare hosting Tyrone and Laois entertaining Offaly.

Fixture details will be announced this afternoon.
