The Clare man bidding to become President of the GAA says he would be in favour of trialling the so called Super 8 proposal for two years.
The proposal – which will go before congress this weekend – would see the quarter-finals replaced by a round robin series.

The Gaelic Players Association and Club Players Association have already announced their opposition to the move, with a calender for club fixtures also a major concern.
