Four counties hit with fines over football qualifier scuffles

The GAA has cracked down on four counties involved in recent scuffles in the football qualifiers.

Wexford and Longford have been fined €5,000 each for their part in the incident at Pearse Park in the 2nd round.

Cavan and Fermanagh are also being called to task for their part in a row at Breffni Park, also with €5,000 fines each.

Fermanagh are appealing a ban for player Sean Quigley.
 
According to the Irish Independent, Longford, Wexford and Fermanagh are all also appealing their fines.
