Lucas Gonzalez Amorosino makes his first appearance for the province, starting on the wing opposite Gerhard Van Der Heever.
Tomas O'Leary partners Ian Keatley in the half backs, with Keith Earls and Francis Salli in midfield.
Killaloe native Foley is hopeful of a big home support for the top of the table clash.

Meanwhile Munster's postponed Champions Cup clash with Stade Francais has been rescheduled for the weekend of January 8th.
All six games involved French sides, which were postponed in the wake of the Paris terror attacks, will be played over that weekend.
It means Munster's PRO12 trip to Cardiff will also be rearranged
