A former Irish womens rugby international says she's not surprised by the progress made by Kilmihil's Eimear Considine in the sport.

The Kilmihil woman is once more named as part of the Irish Womens 7s side for this weekends second leg of Euro qualifiers for the Rio Olympics, having won the Plate Final last weekend to finish fifth in the standings.
Considine, who was a dual GAA star prior to being awarded her contract with the IRFU in March, played a part in all of Ireland's games, and Killaloe's Rosie Foley says it's proves what hard work can achieve.
