There’s been mixed fortunes for the Clare sides in today’s Harty Cup action.
St. Flannan’s of Ennis have beaten Thurles CBS in a final scoreline of 3-17 to 1-13. Tony kelly scored 1-9 of their total in the game in Nenagh.
The win means that Flannans have now won both of their opening games in the competition.
There was disapponitment for St Caiman’s today however.
The Shannon side lost out to Templemore in a final scoreline of 2-19 to 2-13.
That’s despite Aaron Cunningham scoring 2-12 of their total, 1-11 from the placed ball.
Despite their loss, Caimans can still reach the quarter finals the harty cup though that will likely require victory against in the final game against Charleville CBS
