Ballyea’s Tony Kelly was taken hospital for treatment on a suspected eye injury sustained early in the first half while the Deise were left to rue the dismissal of Paudie Prendergast for a second yellow card offence

Despite being a point behind at half time Sixmilebridge’s Seadna  Morey and Aaron Cunningham of Wolfe Tones both scored goals to help the Banner come from behind to claim a 4 point victory.
