Ballyea man Paul Flanagan lifted the Cross of Cashel trophy after last year’s final against Antrim, and was also a part of the side that captured the 2012 crown.
Donal Moloney and Gerry O'Connor, along with the rest of their management team, are now attempting to guide the Banner to a third All Ireland crown in as many years, and Flanagan says their professional approach is a big advantage.
