Ballyeas Paul Flanagan, last year’s All-Ireland winning Under-21 captain, made his league debut for the banner on Sunday as one of nearly 30 players who have lined out in the Saffron and Blue during the League campaign.
As preparations turn to Sunday's Quarter-Final in Laois, Flanagan says even training is highly competitive.
