Clare joint camogie manager Conor Dolan is calling for the Camogie Association to review how it draws up fixtures for the group stages of the All Ireland championship.
This weekend will see Clare have their first break from competitive action since May 1st, with their opening three games in the All Ireland series coming in consecutive weeks.
Defeat to Wexford last time out leaves Clare facing two must win games in their closing group ties against Waterford and Dublin to keep hopes of progressing to the knockout stages alive.
