Senior Hurling Boss Davy Fitzgerald has admitted that Clare’s win over Cork in the National League could work in the Rebels’ favour when the sides meet in Sunday’s relegation play-off.
Clare go into the clash at the Gaelic Grounds knowing they’ve already recorded a six-point win over Cork earlier in the campaign, but Fitzgerald says that result could serve to help Jimmy Barry Murphy motivate his men ahead of their second league meeting.
