Clare senior hurling manager Davy Fitzgerald says the starting 15 for his sides championship opener will be picked on form.
The Banner get the 2015 Championship underway in just over a months time when they face Limerick in the Munster Quarter Final in Semple Stadium Thurles.
The 2013 All Ireland champions come into the game having been relegated to Division 1B of the Allianz League, while their opponents failed to gain promotion from the second tier.
Fitzgerald will be without two time All Star Brendan Bugler for the game on May 24th, with the Whitegate man having to serve a suspension after being sent off in last years qualifier defeat against Wexford.

Last evening saw the Clare seniors and U21s play a challenge game in Clareabbey, with a number of players who didn't play in the league getting game time in a fiercely contested affair which the senior side won 3-18 to 2-15
Preperations continue tomorrow evening when Clare face Laois in Clareabbey at 7pm
