Chairman of Waterford GAA Sean Michael O’Regan says Davy Fitzgerald will bring a wealth of experience to his new role as the Deise’s senior hurling manager.
The Sixmilebridge man was ratified last night for a second time in charge on a two year term, with the option of a third pending a review.

His last period in charge of Waterford saw him lead them to the All Ireland final along with a Munster title in 2010.
Speaking to WLR, O’Regan says he’s confident Fitzgerald can help take the squad to the next level.
