Fitness race for KIB players

 

A number of Kilmurray Ibrickane players face a race against time to be fit for Sunday’s county football semi final clash with Doonbeg in Cooraclare.

Half back Paul O Connor limped off during last week’s win over Cratloe but is expected to start while Michael Hogan and Johnny Daly may also feature against the West Clare Magpies.

Clare FM will have live coverage of this Saturday’s county semi final   in  association  with The  Auburn Lodge  Hotel,  Ennis. Clare  leading  Wedding  Destination.

Kimaley in hunt for three consecutive county camogie titles

The county senior semi finals take place this weekend with Kilmaley in the hunt for three county titles in a row as they take on Sixmilebridge on Sunday in Clarecastle.

The south east Clare club can boast a number of the Clare minor panel who were narrowly beaten in this years All Ireland final while their opponents have several senior county stars to count amongst their starters

The game is a repeat of last years final and Bridge manger Alan white is looking forward to the rematch:
