Cooraclare beat Ennistymon by 2-13 to 1-3 to book their place against neighbours Doonbeg.
They lead by 0-7 to 0-2, with county star Rory Donnelly accounting for 0-4 of his sides total.
A second half goal on 35 minutes from Cathal Lillis stretched their lead to 1-7 to 0-2, and this settled the game.
Ennistymon struck for a goal of their own through Joe Dowling but it proved little more than consolation as the west Clare side ran out comfortable winners.
