FIFA presidential candidate Chung Mong-joon has accused the outgoing head of world football's governing body Sepp Blatter of being a hypocrite and a liar.

He also plans to sue Blatter for "embezzlement" for being paid what he alleges was a secret salary, which had not been agreed by the executive committee.
Mr Chung claims he's facing a suspension after revealing he's under investigation for alleged breaches relating to South Korea's failed bid for the 2022 World Cup.
