Clare Minor Hurling Manager Eamon Fennessey feels his side will need to up their performance if they are to retain their Munster title later this month.
Clare edged Limerick on Friday night after extra time,the visitors forcing the game to an additional 20 minutes after scoring two goals in the final moments.
Clare now face Tipperary on the 15th of July but Fennessey feels the side will need to improve if they are to win a third Munster title in a row.
Meanwhile the county minors are back in club action tonight with the opening round of the Kerry Group PLC Minor championship
