Feakle’s Adam Hogan has been named the Electric Ireland Higher Education Hurler of the year.

Hogan picked up the accolode last night at an awards ceremony to recognise the Fitzgibbon team of the year.

Four Clare men were named on the side altogether, including The Banner’s Shane Meehan, Cratloe’s Diarmuid Ryan and Scariff’s Mark Rodgers.
