Fallon out of Derby after appeal by owner of Native Khan

Kieren Fallon has been prevented from riding in today’s Derby following a
decision in the Court of Appeal.

The legal action was instigated by the owner of Native Khan who claimed Fallon
had broken a promise to ride their horse.
