Clare jockey Kieren Fallon will find out this morning if a judge will allow him to ride Ireland’s big hope Recital in tomorrow’s Derby at Epsom.
The owners of another runner, Native Khan, have sought an injunction claiming the Ballinruan man signed a written agreement to ride their horse, and broke it by opting for the plum ride on Recital instead.

Fallon has denied the claim and a Judge in the High Court in London is expected to decide this morning whether to issue an injunction.
