Kieran Fallon believes he can win back the flat jockeys title from Paul Hanagan.
The clare man rode 140 winners last term and came third behind hanagan and Richard Hughes.
The 45 year old is set to partner Mark Johnston, Mick Channon, Brian Meehan, Ed Dunlop and Sir Michael Stoute over the next 12 months which he hopes will allow him to launch a real challenge for title honours in 2011.
Fallon is currently based in the UAE for the Dubai International Racing Carnival and will also ride in the Dubai World Cup night on March 26.
