Clare’s U20 footballers suffered a dramatic extra time loss to Kerry in their Munster semi final showdown.
Three goals for the Banner, including two in the opening half, saw the game finish level at 3-7 to 0-16 at full time.

The Kingdom edged in front at half time in the added period before finally breaching the Banners rearguard with a goal that put them 1-19 to 3-9 clear.
Brian McNamara found the net with the last action of the game, but it was too little too late, as the home side in Tralee held on to set up a final showdown with Cork.
